The San Antonio Police Department said they have officially arrested the woman connected to the shooting death of a man on June 22. Following an investigation, police said the man's significant other was the shooter, after an argument between her and the 30-year-old man.
Alexis Salazar, 24, was arrested, according to the SAPD.
When officers arrived on-scene, a man, 30, was found laying on the sidewalk, bleeding, “from an apparent gunshot wound.” A woman in her mid-20s was at the scene and spoke to officers. The SAPD said the woman initially told officers that the man was alerted to a possible burglary and went outside to confront the alleged burglars. The woman said she was also outside the apartment with the man when an unknown person approached the man and shot him.
