As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, Zelle is a person-to-person payment service that is used by many banks and financial institutions in the United States. Zelle allows users to send and receive money directly from their bank accounts using their mobile banking app or online banking platform. Here are some of the major banks and financial institutions in the United States that were known to offer Zelle services at that time:

1. Bank of America
2. Wells Fargo
3. JPMorgan Chase
4. Citibank
5. U.S. Bank
6. PNC Bank
7. Capital One
8. TD Bank
9. Santander Bank
10. Navy Federal Credit Union
11. Ally Bank
12. Regions Bank
13. SunTrust (now part of Truist)
14. BB&T (now part of Truist)
15. KeyBank
16. Fifth Third Bank
17. Huntington Bank

Please note that the availability of Zelle services may vary, and new banks and credit unions may have adopted Zelle since my last update. Additionally, individual banks may have specific terms and conditions for using Zelle, so it's a good idea to check with your bank to confirm whether they offer Zelle and to understand how to use it through their platform.
