Legendary Texas Longhorns baseball coach Cliff Gustafson passes on at 91
Former Texas Longhorn Baseball Coach Cliff Gustafson passed away Monday morning.He was 91 years old.
Gustafson coached at Texas from 1968 until 1996, where he won two National Championships and more than 14,000 games.
His winning percentage remains the best among division one head coaches.
Cliff's teams won 22 Southwest conference titles and was named the national coach of the year twice.
He was given a standing ovation by more than 6,000 fans last June when he attended Texas' win over air force in the NCAA Super Regional Tournament.
